User Journey: Bounty Validators
1. Registration and Onboarding
Account Creation: Validators sign up on the platform, providing credentials and areas of expertise. For those using AI validation bots, a section for bot registration is included.
Verification Process: A verification process, including a review of credentials and possibly a brief training or assessment, ensures Validators are qualified.
Onboarding Tutorial: An in-depth tutorial introduces Validators to the platform’s features, guidelines for claim validation, and best practices.
2. Dashboard and Task Management
Personalized Dashboard: Upon login, Validators see a dashboard tailored to their areas of expertise, with pending claims awaiting review, recent activity, and any alerts or updates.
Claim Assignment: Claims are either auto-assigned based on expertise and past performance or chosen manually by Validators from a qualified list. AI bot validators are integrated to pre-screen claims based on predefined criteria. Auditors may ask validators to sit on special dispute juries.
3. Reviewing and Validating Claims
Claim Details: Validators access a detailed view of each claim, including the evidence submitted, the relevant bounty criteria, and any additional context or data provided.
Making a Decision: Validators decide to approve or reject a claim. For AI bot validators, decisions are automated based on set parameters, with manual oversight for edge cases.
Providing Feedback: Validators must provide specific feedback for claims that they reject, helping the submitter understand how the claim must be improved.
5. Claim Resolution and Reward Distribution
Resolution: Once a decision is made, the platform processes the claim resolution, updating both Bounty Hunters and Providers about the outcome.
Reward Distribution: For claims that have met the validator threshold criterion, the platform automates the transfer of rewards from escrow to the Bounty Hunter's wallet. Validators receive compensation for their review work.
6. Performance Tracking and Skill Development
Performance Metrics: Validators have access to performance metrics and feedback on their review work, including accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction ratings from Bounty Providers and Hunters.
Continuous Learning: Resources for professional development, including webinars, workshops, and updates on the latest research validation techniques, are available to Validators.
7. Support and Community Engagement
Technical Support: Immediate access to technical support for any platform-related issues, ensuring a smooth validation process.
Community Forums: A dedicated space for Validators to discuss challenges, share insights, and collaborate on best practices in research validation.
8. Advanced Tools for AI Validation Bots
Bot Management: A dashboard for managing and monitoring AI validation bots, including performance metrics, validation outcomes, and maintenance needs.
API and Integration Support: Comprehensive documentation and support for integrating AI bots with the platform, ensuring seamless operation.
